Our CPD/CE accredited workshops provide educators, leaders, and employees with the knowledge and tools to understand and address the impact of trauma on mental health and wellbeing.

Where do I start!
I had done over 16 years "conventional therapy" and was so stuck! I was totally numb, with the usual professionals telling me that "this is just who you are" and "you will just have to learn to manage" oh and my favorite "you're too complex, we can't help you"
THEN... my Angel who I will call Margarita came into my life! She helped me transform from this numb woman, who thought that she was broken, unlovable and not enough into something quite amazing.
In 4 months I was totally fixed and transformed. It was really confronting as it was all new to me. But I was desperate to try anything and so grateful that I did.

The journey of life takes us to many places, and there are always learnings to see and experience. One of my goals for 2023, was to find the best version of who I am as a person. When I sat back and examined where I was at, and some of my behaviours that I struggled with (disliked) I knew that it was time to address those and deal with the triggers that held me back.
My time with ROAR and Margarita was perhaps one of the most strategically directed outcomes. It help me significantly to deal with those area's that needed to be let go and enable the ability to find the positive learnings. Margarita and ROAR help me arrive to a point where I could see the moment, and either celebrate or learn something fresh. As we journey though a moment, they then become moments and moments become memories. Some of my old memories and moments need to be let go of, because they were stopping me experiencing new moments and experiences to the fullest I could experience.
