We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except where required to deliver our services such as payment processors and course platforms.

Your information is used to process payments, deliver programs, send relevant communications, and provide client support. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
Third party platforms
Our programs are delivered via Kajabi. Your use of that platform is also subject to Kajabi's privacy policy. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
Your rights

By purchasing any program or service from ROAR Wellbeing Limited you agree to the following terms.
About our services
ROAR Wellbeing Limited offers online wellness programs, group healing experiences, private sessions, and retreats. All services are provided by Margarita Politis and ROAR Wellbeing Limited.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless a payment plan has been agreed. Where a payment plan is in place, access to the member portal and program materials is granted immediately upon the first payment being received. Remaining instalments are due as scheduled and continued access is subject to payments remaining current.
No refund policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any programs, courses, or services once access has been granted. This applies to both full payments and payment plans. Because access to our member portal and program materials is provided immediately upon purchase or first instalment, we are unable to offer refunds under any circumstances. Please read all program information carefully before purchasing. If you have questions prior to purchasing please contact us at roar@margaritapolitis.com
Program access
Access to online programs is granted upon receipt of payment or first instalment where a payment plan applies. Access periods are as stated on the relevant sales page. ROAR Wellbeing Limited reserves the right to remove access if these terms are violated or if payment instalments are not maintained.
Intellectual property
All content, materials, and resources within our programs are the intellectual property of ROAR Wellbeing Limited. You may not share, reproduce, or distribute any program content without written permission.
Behaviour and community standards
All participants are expected to engage respectfully within any group program or community space. ROAR Wellbeing Limited reserves the right to remove any participant from a program without refund if their behaviour is deemed harmful to other participants.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

Nature of services
While Margarita Politis holds extensive professional certifications across mental wellbeing, trauma, and complementary healing modalities, the programs, sessions, and content offered by ROAR Wellbeing Limited are wellness and education-based in nature. They do not constitute registered psychotherapy, clinical psychology, or medical treatment and are not a substitute for treatment by a licensed mental health clinician or medical professional where that level of clinical care is required.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis please seek support from a qualified clinical professional or contact your local emergency services.
Results
Results from our programs vary between individuals. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Testimonials and examples shared are not a promise of results.
RTT and Brainspotting
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) and Brainspotting are recognised complementary healing modalities widely used for trauma recovery and emotional healing. Margarita Politis is a trained and certified practitioner in both modalities.

By engaging with any ROAR Wellbeing Limited program or service you acknowledge that you take full responsibility for your own wellbeing and that you are participating voluntarily.
